Maximum hygiene and efficient logistics systems – for storing, processing and transporting food, application-oriented load carriers are indispensable for ensuring hygienically perfect and smooth processes. Craemer, a pioneer in plastics processing with more than 60 years of experience, has developed sturdy solutions for the most demanding requirements. Particularly suited for the hygienic sector: the plastic pallets EURO L1® and TC Palgrip® as well as the pallet boxes CB1, CB3, and HB3.
With its external dimensions (L x W x H: 1200 x 800 x 150 mm), the Euro L1 pallet corresponds exactly to the wooden Euro pallet. Unlike wood, the one-piece polyethylene injection-moulded pallet is extremely robust and durable – without any signs of wear or chipping. Equipped with welded runners for smooth operation, its load capacity is 1250 kilograms in high racking. The abrasion-resistant Palgrip anti-slip strips on the top deck hold the load even in inclined positions or under moist conditions.

Thanks to its full-surface anti-slip deck, the TC Palgrip plastic pallet also stands for perfect load securing. The top and lower decks are easy to clean, with the cavity & rib-free design providing reliable protection against contamination. Dimensionally stable, the pallet runs on roller conveyors, chain conveyors, and in automated high-rack warehouses. Its load-bearing capacity within the rack can be increased to up to 2000 kilograms – with the help of metal reinforcement profiles. TC Palgrip is available in Euro size (1200 x 800 mm, height of 160 mm) with three runners (TC1), in industrial size (1200 x 1000 mm) with three (TC3) or five runners (TC3-5), optionally with RFID transponders.
CB1, CB1, and HB3 pallet boxes
Craemer pallet boxes are ideally suited for the hygienic handling of bulk raw materials and ingredients. The smooth inner walls made of food-safe PE ensure easy cleaning and sterility. The pallet boxes CB1 in Euro size and CB3 in industrial size (with a payload of 700 kg) are manufactured in single mould with three runners, therefore making them particularly sturdy. The new HB3 pallet box from Craemer meets the highest requirements with respect to hygiene in technical and logistical processes in the food industry. With its three welded runners and a payload of 900 kilograms, this industrial-size hygiene box is the world’s first and only completely closed pallet box available on the market.
All load carriers from Craemer are temperature-resistant from minus 30 degrees to plus 40 degrees Celsius, and briefly up to 90 degrees.
