Camera installations, which are usually located above the product, are particularly critical. Food residues stirred up by wet cleaning can adhere to the camera enclosure, form bacteria, and re-enter the product flow. Therefore, this drip area is considered just as critical as plant components that come into direct contact with the product.

Wastewater, residues, dead spaces – all of this spreads bacteria and, in the worst case, leads to production downtime and recalls.
