“Back with a new edge” – this is the motto of this year’s VOLLMER VDays event, which is returning after being on hold due to the coronavirus. VOLLMER would like to invite its customers and partners to the industry days event, which will take place April, 18th to 20th, 2023 in Biberach. Keynote speeches, specialist talks, product demonstrations, company tours and discussions with experts are on the agenda in English the first two days and in German the third day. In addition to its grinding, eroding and laser machines, VOLLMER will also be provide information about automation and digitalisation during VDays.
At VDays, April 18th to 20th April, 2023, tool manufacturers, sharpening services and end users will be able to see how VOLLMER grinding, eroding and laser machines are perfect for machining cutting edges – regardless of whether these are made from carbide, PCD (polycrystalline diamond) or other cutting materials. The Biberach Technology and Training Centre (TDZ) will not only host specialist talks and expert discussions, but also product demonstrations. Visitors will be able to see the machines in the TDZ for themselves – including the tool grinding machines from the VGrind product range, the VLaser 370 laser machine and the VHybrid 260 grinding and eroding machine. For the machining of carbide-tipped circular saw blades, VOLLMER will demonstrate the use of its new CS 860 and CSF 860 grinding machines, among others.
VOLLMER subsidiary ultraTEC innovation will showcase its innovative ultrasonic deburring systems.
